Artifact values users’ privacy and strive to maintain a secure platform : personal data are notably protected by the Act No 78-17 of 6th January 1978 as amended by the “Informatique, Fichiers et Libertés” Act No 2004-801 of 6th August 2004 for personal privacy protection,the Act 226-13 of the Penal Code and the EU Directive of 24th October1995.

9. Dispute / Applicable law and attribution of jurisdiction
In case of litigation, the law applicable between the parts shall be the French law and the jurisdiction shall be explicitely assigned to Paris Courts.
